This Refund & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made on Jaatara within India.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The return is initiated within the return window (usually 7 days from delivery)
Note:
Return windows may vary by product category or seller.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally NOT eligible for return:
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Digital products and gift cards
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
3. How to Initiate a Return
a) Via App/Website
- Go to "My Orders"
- Select the order and click "Return"
- Choose the reason and submit
b) Via Customer Support

c) Pickup or Drop-off
Once approved, schedule a pickup or drop off the product at a designated location.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be credited to your bank account (bank details required)
Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size or color variations, subject to availability.
- Follow the same process as returns
- Select "Exchange" instead of "Return"
- Choose the desired size/color
- Exchange will be processed once the original product is received
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
