Jaatara – SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all deliveries made via Jaatara within India.

1. Serviceable Locations

Jaatara delivers only within India. Delivery availability depends on pin code and logistics partner coverage.

2. Shipping Methods

Jaatara uses certified courier/logistics partners. Delivery types:
  • Standard Delivery
  • Express Delivery (if available)
  • Seller-fulfilled deliveries (certain items)
Shipping speed depends on:
  • Product type
  • Seller location
  • Customer location
  • Courier availability

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Actual delivery may vary due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Transport delays
  • High order volume
  • Remote locations
Note: Jaatara is not liable for delays beyond its control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees may vary based on:
  • Weight and dimensions

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers will receive:
  • Tracking ID
  • Courier details
  • Shipment status updates

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Delivery may fail if:
  • Address is incorrect
  • Customer is unavailable
  • Phone number is unreachable
Note: After multiple failed attempts, the item may return to the seller. Refunds will be processed after return, excluding shipping fees (if applicable).

7. Damaged / Missing Products During Shipping

If a product arrives damaged or missing:
  • Customer must report within 24–48 hours
  • Photos or unboxing evidence may be required
  • Jaatara will coordinate with seller for resolution

8. Delivery Restrictions

Jaatara does NOT ship:
  • Outside India
  • To restricted military or government zones (unless permitted)
  • Items restricted by local laws
